5. How AEGIS Responds to Violations
When AEGIS detects or receives reports of policy-violating prompts, outputs, or user-provided material, we may take one or more actions, including:
- Refusing to respond to a request
- Filtering, redacting, or otherwise restricting disallowed output
- Blocking or restricting specific content, tools, or actions
- Reducing capability or access when violations are repeated or severe
- Removing content when feasible and appropriate
AEGIS reserves the right to review and evaluate content and requests to keep the service aligned with this policy.
6. Reporting
If you believe content or behavior on AEGIS violates this policy, please report it via the contact form on our website (see index.html#contact) or by emailing info@eactivenet.com.
Recommended reporting details:
- A brief description of what you saw
- The approximate time/date and any relevant context
- Any example prompts/outputs (where available)
We review reports and take action when appropriate. AEGIS may not detect every violation, and moderation actions may occur after a report is reviewed.
Not every report will result in an adjustment, restriction, or response. Where action is taken based on available information, it may be adjusted if additional context is provided.
7. Knowledge Base / Enforcement
AEGIS uses content moderation practices designed to help avoid generating prohibited or unsafe content. This can include automated detection, blocklists/filters, and other safety measures, along with review as needed.
We continuously improve moderation and enforcement practices over time.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page.
